RSVP & Guest Info
How do I RSVP?
RSVPs are now closed. If there's been an error or you need to make changes, please reach out to Cecillia or Carlos Felipe.
Are children allowed at the wedding?
While we love our little ones, we kindly ask that you seek alternative care for your child during the ceremony and reception should their name not be included on the invitation.
Am I allowed to bring a plus one?
All events are by invitation only. We ask that you refer to your invitation.
Dress Code
Is there a dress code for the ceremony and reception?
Yes. Formal. Ladies, please wear tasteful floor-length gowns. Gentlemen, please wear a suit and tie (bow-tie is also acceptable). Please do not wear sneakers at the ceremony (reception is OK).
What colors are the bridesmaids and groomsmen wearing?
Please refrain from wearing sage or eucalyptus green if you would like to avoid matching the wedding party.
What colors can I wear?
Respectfully, white, off-white and ivory is off limits. We invite you to wear the color that you will feel best in! Our color scheme is below and will heavily consist of terracotta, greens, gold, and rustic, earthy tones.
**The bridesmaids and groomsmen will be in sage and eucalyptus green if you would like to avoid matching the wedding party.**
Ceremony & Reception Etiquette
Can I take photos of the ceremony?
We are having an unplugged ceremony. We invite you to put your phones away and be fully present with us during this special time. You will have an opportunity before the ceremony begins and at the end to take personal photos and videos. We promise to share the amazing work from our photographer and videographer with you.
Am I allowed to post wedding photos on social media?
Absolutely! We just ask that you do not post any photos of the bride until the ceremony is complete. And please feel free to use our wedding hashtag #CB2sayIDo
When should guests arrive to the ceremony?
The ceremony will begin promptly at 4 pm. We ask that guests please arrive 30 minutes before the ceremony start time. We want to be respectful of all our guests, and the wonderful wedding day staff, and follow the day's schedule. The more on-time we are, the sooner we get to the food, drinks, and most importantly, the dance floor!
Wedding Day Info
Will the ceremony be indoors or outdoors?
The ceremony and cocktail hour will be held outdoors on grassy and uneven ground (fingers crossed for good weather!) and the reception will be indoors.
What's the weather like in Santa Rosa?
Because Santa Rosa de Cabal is located in the mountains, it's typical for the climate to be comfortable and overcast, and a bit unpredictable as far as rain goes. The temperatures will also vary throughout the day, reaching the high 70's, and becoming chilly at night, hitting the low 60's.
Will there be food?
Yes, of course! We'll be serving hors d'oeuvres at cocktail hour followed by a sit-down dinner at the reception. Please be sure to include any dietary restrictions on your RSVP.
Wedding Registry and Gifts
Can I bring a gift to the wedding?
Your presence at our wedding is our greatest present. If you would like to honor us with a gift, you may take a look at our registry [https://www.theknot.com/cb2boda/registry.] A wedding card box will also be available at the reception.
If you have additional questions, please send us an email at cb2bolanos@gmail.com. We will aim to get back to you at our earliest convenience.
